Returns Policy

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Your right to cancel (14 days) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Just tell us within those 14 days that you want to cancel - email hello@mercuriofficial.net with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Condition of returns You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but we may reduce your refund to reflect any use or handling beyond that (for example, worn or damaged items or missing packaging).

Refunds We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you providing proof of postage, if earlier). The refund covers the price paid plus our standard delivery charge, and goes back to your original payment method.

Return postage For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies: contact us at hello@mercuriofficial.net and we will offer a repair, replacement or full refund - including return postage - at no cost to you.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order.
